All our products are suitable for outdoor use unless otherwise stated within the product listing.
If a product is in stock and available, it will appear on our site.
Quantity restrictions occur when a product is very low in stock and reflect the currently available inventory. For example, if you wish to purchase a quantity of 5, but can only add 2 to your cart, there will only be 2 left in stock of that item. We do not accept back orders.

If your order is to be sent directly to the gift recipient, please ensure that you
- enter your own information in the billing fields and your recipients information in the shipping fields upon checkout
- ensure that your recipients shipping address is correct
Due to the variations in product size and packaging necessary for a safe journey to your recipient, we are unable to offer gift wrapping. However, our parcels are beautifully presented and your recipient is sure to have a magical unboxing experience!

You’ll also have the option to provide Authority to Leave. All parcels require signature unless this option is selected.
Our warehouse is closed to the public and we are unable to offer local pickup to our customers at this time.
Delivery quotes are available upon checkout. Rates are fetched in real time from the carriers database and are calculated by using your delivery address and cart contents data.
Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Visit your chosen carriers website for price change and service information.
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched between 24 and 48 hours after completion. During peak seasons such as pre-Christmas, processing times may extend up to 3 days.
All our orders are processed and packed at our Melbourne warehouse.
Where possible, we recycle packing materials.
All orders are carefully packed and marked “fragile”.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking number and a link to track your parcel from our hands to yours.

Once your order is dispatched, it is in the hands of the delivery gods and they are in the best position to assist with delivery inquiries. We recommend that you contact the carrier using the details provided in your dispatch confirmation.
