Delivery options: Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, Local Pickup
If you wish to pick up your order from our warehouse, select the Local Pickup option upon checkout. Our team will process your order and email you a confirmation as soon as it is ready for you to collect. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Every order is carefully packed and sprinkled with fairy wishing stars to ensure a safe journey from our hands to yours. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of a received payment. If your order requires adjustments, amendments or further information, we will contact you via phone or email. Any orders that require changes will not be shipped until we have corresponded with you directly.
Our chosen carrier is Australia Post. If selecting express postage, please ensure that your location is within the designated Express Post Network by clicking HERE.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation containing your tracking number will be emailed to you. For updates on your parcel’s whereabouts, please log into the Australia Post website HERE and enter your tracking number. Alternatively, if you have created an account with Fairy Gardening Australia, you can track your parcel in real time through MY ACCOUNT. Contact us if you need assistance to track your order.
